Full-Time | Hybrid | Career growth and industry development | Graduate/Junior level position
At Campbell Page, we’re building something new under the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract — helping more people with disability into meaningful jobs.
To deliver on that mission, we need clear, timely data — this role ensures our frontline teams and leaders have the insights they need to support people into work. You’ll be part of a small, focused team working side-by-side with our National Performance Manager, getting direct mentoring and exposure to real projects from day one.
About Us
At Campbell Page, we’re all about people. As a not-for-profit organisation deeply embedded in Australian communities, we support individuals through employment services, disability support, youth programs, and more. Our mission is simple: empower people to thrive.
We’re committed to building a culturally safe, inclusive, and accessible workplace. We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, mature age workers, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Diversity strengthens our team and helps us better serve our communities. Learn more about our values and impact at campbellpage.com.au
About the Role
This is an opportunity to kick-start your BI career in a role that blends technology with purpose. Working closely with our National Performance Manager, you’ll build skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric while turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turn program and participant data into user-friendly dashboards that highlight performance and outcomes.
- Help build data pipelines and refresh processes to make sure leaders have reliable information every day.
- Support the integration of new systems and APIs into our BI environment.
- Learn how to connect Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric in practical ways to solve real business questions.
- Work with colleagues across the business to understand what they need and translate that into clear metrics and reports.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a graduate with drive — curious about data, eager to learn, and motivated by our purpose:
- A recent degree in Data/Analytics/IT/Statistics (or similar).
- Some hands-on exposure to SQL and Power BI (through study, projects, or placement).
- A willingness to learn Microsoft Fabric and other modern data tools.
- The ability to explain technical concepts simply and work well with non-technical colleagues.
- A genuine interest in supporting people with disability into employment, and values aligned with diversity and inclusion.
What success looks like
- First 3 months: Learn our systems and shadow on development tasks.
- By 6 months: Confidently run daily refreshes and support live dashboards.
- By 12 months: Deliver your own analysis projects that influence decisions across IEA services.
Location: Hybrid – Westgate, Taylors Lake / Sunshine Office 3 days per week, 2 days’ Work from Home (WFH)
Why Join Us?
- Graduate entry point into BI with mentoring, structured training, and a clear pathway to senior opportunities
- Purpose-driven work in employment and community services — be part of a values-driven, inclusive organisation
- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
- NFP salary packaging – reduce your taxable income and take home more pay
- 17.5% leave loading, monthly RDOs, and Thrive Leave after 12 months
