The multi award winning, multi venue Gambaro Hospitality Group, is eagerly seeking a passionate & experienced casual Chef de Partie to assist our enthusiastic & motivated kitchen team at our venue at Queens Wharf Brisbane CBD

Reporting to the Head Chefs and Sous Chefs, you will help drive our group to deliver incredible guest experiences, in line with our reputation.

With your strong cooking skills and passion for your profession, this is truly an opportunity to advance your career in a growing group!

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualities:

Technical skills to execute all dishes to the standards expected

Have good knowledge of raw ingredients, production processes, quality control and cost control

Maintain a smooth operation in a busy kitchen by assisting with the daily preparation, production and presentation of food

Have a sound knowledge of Food Handling and Hygiene practices will be highly regarded

At least 2 years of previous experience in a la carte, fine dining, functions, Hatted / Michelin Restaurant will be highly regarded

Be confident working in a busy kitchen managing time precisely to produce required meals while meeting the required service times

Have the attitude and experience to add value to our existing team

Willingness to learn and develop within the Group

Punctual, reliable and flexible over a seven day roster
