What you'll do:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

What you'll have:

Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces and/or breakfast

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

A valid Working with Children Check is highly recommended but not essential
