Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed A Grade Electrician/Electrical subcontractor to join our team. In this role, you will conduct rental compliance checks and prepare detailed reports to ensure all electrical systems meet current safety standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rental compliance checks in residential properties in the Melbourne region.

Assess electrical installations for safety and compliance with ESV regulations.

Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports in a timely manner.

Collaborate with office staff to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Current A Grade Electrical License.

Subcontractors considers

Knowledge of ESV rules and regulations.

Experience with rental compliance inspections highly desired.

Proficient with technology for reporting purposes.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
