Competitive Salary: $105,000 – $135,000 + Super

Paediatrics Only: a dedicated caseload of children aged 0–18

What You’ll Do

Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children aged 0–18

Work across clinic, school, home, and telehealth settings

Partner with families and educators to deliver practical, lasting outcomes

Contribute your expertise to service development and new initiatives

Mentor junior clinicians (New Graduates) if leadership interests you

What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with 3+ years paediatric experience

SPA membership and registration

Confidence managing an independent caseload

Strong communicator who builds trust with both children and families

Someone who values excellence, accountability, and autonomy
