The Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Grace Removals, you’ll be part of a team delivering exceptional service to both corporate and private clients. You’ll coordinate domestic removals, manage ancillary services, and nurture relationships with some of our largest clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating removal assignments and related services

Managing client accounts, proposals, storage, and invoicing

Maintaining accurate databases and administrative records

Responding to client enquiries via phone and email efficiently

Working collaboratively with the team to provide solutions and enhance customer experience

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with strong organisational and administrative skills

Competency in Word, Excel, and general computer systems
