Service Coordinator / Business Support Supervisor – Full-Time | Berrimah, NT

Johnny Cool Darwin is looking for a Service Coordinator / Business Support Supervisor to manage our service schedules, keep operations running smoothly, and support our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our service delivery and play a key part in shaping how we look after our clients across the Northern Territory.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report directly to the Head Office Finance, Compliance & OHSEQ Manager and work closely with the NT Operations Manager and General Manager. You’ll be backed by Millair Climate Control, with multiple offices across Queensland and the Northern Territory – meaning you’ll have access to experienced support and resources to succeed in your role.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily service operations, PM schedules, and breakdowns

Communicate job details and schedule changes to technicians

Liaise with clients, confirm bookings, and provide service updates

Process job documentation, initiate invoicing workflows, and keep records audit-ready

Order parts, manage stock allocation, and track warranty claims

Prepare monthly service reports and assist with contract conversions

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and experience in service coordination

Knowledge of HVAC/electrical service operations or preventative maintenance (bonus!)

Proficiency in service management systems (AroFlo experience a plus)

High attention to detail with invoicing and record-keeping

Clear communication skills to keep technicians, suppliers, and clients on the same page

A problem-solver who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment
