🚨 We’re Hiring: Multi-talented Animal Enthusiasts! (Allrounders)

If you're the kind of person who’d rather be surrounded by furry friends then this is the place for you. We're offering casual roles (up to 5 shifts a week) across several exciting areas:

🦴 Kennel Attendant

Help us keep tails wagging behind the scenes—think feeding, cleaning, walking, cuddling, and making sure our guests feel right at home.

🐶 Doggy Daycare Attendant

Manage supervised dog playgroups, match pups based on their personalities, and keep energy levels fun (and safe!).

🚗 Pet Taxi Driver

Be the friendly face that chauffeurs our furry guests to and from their homes, or vet clinics. Must be confident driving a van in Sydney CBD

📞 Receptionist

Be the friendly face (and voice!) of Pet Resorts Australia! You’ll:

Answer calls and emails with a smile

Greet clients and their pets at check-in

Process bookings, check-ins and check-outs

Assist with retail sales and general customer service

Be the go-to person for client enquiries and happy hellos

🗓 You must be available for rotating 7-day rosters, including weekends and all NSW school holiday periods (yes, that includes Xmas & New Year!).

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same, but expect to be:

Mixing and matching doggos into social groups (based on their behaviour and vibes)

Providing top-notch care—feeding, cleaning, cuddles, play, and enrichment

Driving our pet taxi vans for pick-ups and drop-offs

Helping out with front-desk duties, bookings, and customer service

Keeping things sparkling clean and safe for all our guests

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must-Haves:

Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities

Friendly and confident with customers and their fur-babies

Reliable and ready to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays

Aussie citizen or permanent resident

🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:

12+ months experience in animal care (kennels, shelters, vet clinics, etc.)

Strong animal husbandry skills

Solid understanding of dog behaviour and group play dynamics

Knowledge of cleaning & infection control

Great communication skills (face-to-face and written)

Quick to pick up booking systems and tech tools

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
