The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Lead Educators to join our growing learning community. If you are passionate about creating inspiring and welcoming learning environments, and thrive in a collaborative team, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Need

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards, ACECQA approved)

Current, valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)

Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQF

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others

Flexibility to work rotating rosters between 6am–6pm

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A positive, energetic approach and a commitment to teamwork

Ability to build strong, warm, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
