🔍 Who We're Looking For

An experienced European technician who is:

Capable of working unsupervised and delivering consistent, high-quality work to an efficient standard

Done with toxic shop culture and you're looking for a tight-knit, respectful team, and to be a valued and trusted member of the team

Genuinely passionate about European cars and the craftsmanship that goes into maintaining and upgrading them

A believer that integrity, honesty, and communication matter just as much as technical skill

✅ Must-Haves:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with European vehicles

Experience working with all European vehicle brands we service including BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, and Mercedes

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket tools/software

Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on ability

Current trade qualifications

Certificate III Automotive qualification required

Valid driver's licence

Australian citizenship required for this position

💥 Bonus If You Have:

Performance / motorsport experience

Experience with fabrication or motorsport background

High-level fault diagnosis capability

A personal interest in European car culture
