THE ROLE
We're looking for an Office Administrator to help keep engineering projects on track. Someone quietly confident, organised and who understands how an engineering projects runs.

This is an office based role with the odd day from home. It exists because the current human is retiring. As you read, people here are Here To Stay.

DAY TO DAY
Reporting to the Director and, or Operations Co-ordinator, you'll work with the engineering team to keep projects moving and the business humming. This role blends structure with flexibility: clear tasks, but autonomy in how you approach them. You'll need to be self-sufficient about 85% of the time, but there's always someone to check in with.

You'll be comfortable making a call to council, calling a sub-consultant to chase up a plan, taking a new idea back to the Project Director and scheduling a meeting between a party of people who all have full diaries already. You can stay calm under pressure and you enjoy seeing you work contribute to the development of Victoria's residential market.

YOU - YOU'RE IDEALLY

• Experienced in admin (3-5-10 years) and have experience in engineering consulting
• Skilled with Office 365 (especially Excel)
• Confident with numbers (not an accounting role but you'll have visibility of what each project is doing and how time is being allocated)
• A pro working independently; proactive with communication
• Qualified in business or administration
• If you live in the eastern suburbs, you're going to cut down your commute time!

• Salary range: $80,000-$85,000 + Super (depending on experience)
