With a growing reputation for premium builds, stylish conversions, and top-tier customer service, we’re looking to expand our team with a driven Sales Executive who shares our passion for the automotive world.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our Gold Coast team. You’ll be the face of our business for retail customers, helping them choose the right vehicles, parts, and upgrades while delivering a first-class customer experience.

This role will include:

- Managing and converting inbound leads from web, phone, and showroom.

- Building relationships with customers to understand their needs.

- Selling vans, conversions, LV-X packs, Predator 4x4 parts, and accessories.

- Preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing sales.

- Coordinating with our workshop team to ensure smooth customer handovers.

- Representing the Leighton Vans brand at shows, events, and dealer visits.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ At least 5 years’ experience in automotive, van sales, or conversions.

✅ A strong track record in vehicle or aftermarket sales.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

✅ Confidence working in a target-driven environment.

✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Reliability and a customer-first mindset.

✅ Legal right to live and work in Australia.

✅ Current driver’s licence.
