Assembly Operator – Richlands

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Operators/Labourers to join our growing team in Richlands. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience using hand and power tools. You’ll be working in a dynamic team setting where your contribution will be valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills further.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to assist in daily tasks
• Perform general labouring duties such as lifting, moving, and organising materials
• Assist with the assembly and production process as required
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized for safe operations
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Be open to taking on additional tasks as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating hand and power tools in a similar role
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently and safely
• Punctuality and reliability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5am – 1pm with flexibility when required
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to collaborate with others
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
