Charter Consultant – Queanbeyan NSW (Maturnity leave cover)
We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Charter Consultant to join the charter team based in Queanbeyan. This role has a strong customer service focus and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Work closely with the Charter Manager and broader team to coordinate bookings
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up on requests
• Enter bookings into the company’s software system daily
• Prepare and send quotes, plan routes, and ensure smooth bus charter operations
• Provide outstanding phone-based customer service
• Utilise Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiently to manage tasks and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a phone-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel essential)
• Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service preferred
• Reliable, organised, and adaptable

Role Details:

• Location: Queanbeyan (supporting regional NSW charters)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
• Pay: $33–$35 per hour
• Start: Immediate start available
• Contract: Maternity leave cover with potential to extend
