About the role
- Manage incoming customers and patient enquiries via phone and email
- Accurately process orders in line with company procedures and delivery timeframes
- Resolve product, service, and delivery issues with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order information
- Raise product complaints, adverse events, and support patient privacy compliance
To be successful, you will possess the following:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within healthcare or medical
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient IT skills - accurate data entry and comfort with order systems
Desirable:
- Familiarity with planning, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Experience working in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or homecare patients
- Knowledge of healthcare product compliance and patient privacy standards
