What You’ll Be Doing:

· As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and candidates while developing deep expertise in your specialist market. You will:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates via phone, email & LinkedIn.

• Match top talent with the right opportunities

• Business Development, cold-calling, lead generation.

• Negotiate terms and close deals

• Deliver outstanding service, every time

· A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building rapport.

· A resilient individual who is not scared of cold calling, rejection or setbacks!

· Coachable, curious, and eager to learn

· Highly money motivated and ready to grow a career in recruitment
