About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to deliver tailored recruitment solutions while driving new business growth.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Closing sales and building a strong client base
• Promoting recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
• Managing client relationships and understanding hiring needs
• Making outbound calls and handling marketing-generated enquiries
• Producing recruitment marketing and screening candidates via internal software

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong drive to exceed performance targets
• Experience in phone-based sales or customer service
• A resilient, outgoing, and relationship-focused personality
• Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential
