About the role
The Senior Consultant will join a collaborative Melbourne team, reporting into senior leadership. Working across clients, you’ll design data models, oversee ETL pipelines, lead governance, and guide analytics delivery. The role also mentors junior team members and contributes to company growth.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise scalable data models and architecture
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to transform raw data
• Implement data governance frameworks ensuring data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions

Skills and experience

• 5+ years’ expertise in SQL, complex queries, and large datasets
• Strong cloud platform knowledge (Snowflake, BigQuery, Fabric, or Databricks)
• Proven ETL/ELT and transformation tool experience (dbt, Coalesce)
• Ability to deliver compelling data visualisations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Must hold permanent working rights in Australia
