We’re seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 4-year-old room, starting 19 January 2026 on a 12- month maternity leave contract. If you’re studying your Early Childhood Teaching degree (and have completed at least 50%) or hold a Diploma and are working towards your degree, you may be eligible to apply under a Special Authority. About you

As an early childhood professional, you balance warmth with a proactive approach to teaching. You bring energy, creativity, and thoughtful care to your classroom, ensuring every child is supported to thrive. Your strong interpersonal skills and teamwork foster a welcoming environment where children and families feel valued. We are looking for someone who:

Is suitably qualified with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or at least 50% completed degree for special authority, or enrolled in degree while also holding a relevant Diploma.

Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.

Has an outstanding attention to detail.

Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
