About the role

As the successful applicant, the Appointment Setter will focus on appointment setting and generating B2B leads for the external sales team.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

making outbound calls to source-qualified leads for our sales team

using different channels to generate appointments for our sales team

B2B lead generation via phone

building & maintaining a customer database

general cold-calling of businesses.

About you

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

Extensive B2B outbound lead generation, appointment setting or telemarketing experience

Excellent phone manner

Ability to work from our Hawthorn East office

Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.

Ability to assist a vast array of potential clientele

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
