Our client, a well known, respected leader in the Transport industry, is seeking two Customer Service Reps to join their sites at Eastern Creek and Wetherill Park.
- 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Ongoing temp with potential for permanency
- Training and development opportunities
- Available for an immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
Actioning customer inquiries promptly and responding with professionalism across all channels: email, webforms, chats and phone calls
Providing a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders;
Proficiently raising queries in the internal ticketing system (training will be provided) and carrying out investigations in order to provide accurate and timely responses to our customers
Providing proactive customer delivery status reporting
- Tracking missing freight
To be considered for these roles you will need to possess the following:
Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner;
Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems and multitask seamlessly between tasks like handling high priority tickets, answering calls and compiling reports
Transport, logistics experience is highly desirable;
Well-developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills;
Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team;
Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;
Demonstrated ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with customers
Strong attention to detail.
- Previous inbound call centre experience and an excellent phone manner
