About the role:

The Project Coordinator, Digital Engagement will provide comprehensive support of digital delivery across the organisation by liaising with internal and external clients to design, develop, implement and maintain all elements of our digital delivery, including online courses and resources, digital communications and engagement tools.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of instructional design experience
  • Highly developed ICT skills and experience as an instructional designer or curriculum developer, including the ability to write and review effective copy, instructional text, audio / video scripts
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle
  • An understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, adult learning concepts or hybrid learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and project environment, and to work autonomously as needed
  • Ability to liaise closely with content experts, to assess program needs and produce and implement effective digital delivery
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skillsAbility to coordinate workplace projects effectively, to collaborate with stakeholders and to meet tight timelines
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn new development tools and software solutions as required
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and how to implement them in an online platform
