About The Role:

As an Installation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions on-site to the satisfaction of our clients and in line with our installation standards all while supporting our Sales and Operations departments to achieve common goals. Your responsibilities will encompass onsite installation work, basic commissioning, job management, and service tasks as needed.

You are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence. You should thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of mentoring and facilitating learning across the business. You love working with clients and team members, and have the capability to assess the installation environment before starting, ask the right questions, deliver excellent standards and have systems up and running ready for commissioning in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of excellence for both staff and clients.

Provide onsite installation, basic commissioning and service-related works.

Offer technical support and fault diagnosis across all aspects of our business.

Engage in customer-facing technical activities as required.

Hold Vendor & industry certifications and continuously develop product knowledge.

Mentor and facilitate learning across the business.
