About Avivo:

The Role:

We are seeking two Support Workers based in or near Seabird to provide consistent support for a customer who requires care seven days a week, including two overnight shifts. This is an ongoing role, with the potential to also support other local customers whose health needs are increasing.

You will provide a mix of day and overnight support, working closely with the customer, their family, and health professionals to ensure safe, person-centred care at home. Induction and training will be provided before you start, with support required from the end of September.

What You'll Do:

• Provide domestic assistance, personal care and community-based support
• Support with daily living, appointments and safe care at home
• Work closely with families and health professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans

We offer on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you pick up all the skills you need!

What You Need:

• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability across the week including overnights
