360 Health + Community is an established, experienced and growing not-for-profit organisation providing care and support to people when, where and how they need it most. Our teams deliver well-known and trusted health care programs and services to help body and mind including headspace for youth mental health, ALIVE for suicide prevention, NDIS support coordination, allied health for chronic disease and aged care home support, specialised nursing to women and children experiencing and recovering from family and domestic violence, and Street Doctor, a mobile medical practice for people experiencing homelessness. We operate throughout the Perth metropolitan area, Mandurah and Peel, the Mid-West (out of Geraldton) and the Goldfields (out of Kalgoorlie).
Our headspace Rockingham team has an opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic Program Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring young people and their families who are seeking support are able do so in the most coordinated and effective manner possible. We're looking for someone who can:
- Provide an emotionally intelligent reception service for the centre, welcoming and valuing all who make contact with us
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, mail and client documentation
- Work closely with the Centre Manager and Clinical Lead to effectively and efficiently coordinate appointment bookings
- Meticulously maintain client records in a timely manner, and assist the team in accessing required information and resources
- Manage MBS, ensuring all billable sessions are accounted for
- Support reporting and other business needs
- Develop excellent working relationships within the team, and with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure open lines of communication and ultimately a seamless, accessible service for our clients
Our ideal candidate is someone with:
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge related to the health and wellbeing of young people
- Proficiency in MS Office and specialised software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Compassionate, well developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work later shifts on Wednesday and Thursday from 10.24am to 6.30pm
- Flexibility to work up to 76 hours per fortnight to backfill leave or other operational requirements
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain
