About the Role In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end import operations across FCL, LCL, and Air. You’ll be the go-to person for key clients, ensuring smooth shipments, proactive updates, and first-class service.
Your day will include:

• Managing import shipments from order to delivery
• Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and local transport providers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and updating client records in CargoWise
• Problem solving, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in freight forwarding (import/export – sea & air)
• Proven experience using CargoWise
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
• A proactive, energetic approach and team focus
