We’re looking for Speech Pathologists at either AHP1 or AHP2 level to join our dedicated team providing vital therapy services across South Australia's Eyre and Far North region.
Whether you're an early-career professional looking to build your rural generalist experience, or an experienced clinician ready to take the next step in service development and clinical leadership, this role offers challenge, diversity and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of the Country Health Connect multi-disciplinary team, you will:

- Support early intervention, health promotion and group therapy programs that meet local and cultural needs.
- Participate in supervision and mentoring (AHP1) or provide clinical support and guidance to students and peers (AHP2).
- Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to achieve person-centred, goal-directed outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking professionals who are passionate about rural and remote healthcare and thrive in dynamic, community-focused environments.
You'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a culturally sensitive approach to care delivery, particularly with Aboriginal clients and communities.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly within a supportive team, managing your own caseload and contributing to service planning.
- Clinical competence in speech pathology practice, with AHP2 applicants expected to demonstrate broader clinical leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage more complex presentations.
- Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- You must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association.
