Role impact & contribution

The Associate Advisor Audit and Governance undertakes a range of risk-based audit and governance activities and supports the branch’s work, including advice, analysis and reporting. The role is required to undertake research and understand root cause analysis to recommend improvements to processes and apply understanding of existing government, audit and risk standards.

Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in audit or governance and has completed or working towards professional post graduate qualification

Demonstrated experience in undertaking audits and governance related activities

Eligibility
