Role Overview
As a Procurement Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless supply of materials and services that underpin our interior fit-out and construction projects. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships, as well as ensuring that all procurement activities align with budgetary, quality, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
l Coordinate procurement activities for interior fit-out projects, including ceilings, linings, acoustic panels, partitions, external cladding, as well as necessary tools and equipment.
l Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for materials and services.
l Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier documentation.
l Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of project materials and equipment to avoid delays.
l Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to align procurement schedules with project requirements.
l Track procurement costs, assist with budgeting, and implement cost-control strategies.
l Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.
l Ensure supplier compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in procurement systems, Microsoft Office, and general ERP software.
