About the Role:
As a Factory Hand, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the factory. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep production running smoothly, including assisting on the production line, packing, using power tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with production and assembly tasks on the factory floor

Use hand and power tools to manufacture components

Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch

Handle materials safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Follow workplace health and safety guidelines

About You

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team. You'll take pride in completing tasks efficiently and safely, be eager to learn new skills, and be comfortable working in a physically active environment. Key skills and experience for this role include:

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manual labour role

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a physically active role

Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude

Comfortable working as part of a team

NSW Drivers Licence and reliable transport
