Initial Services, a family-owned Demolition and Asbestos Removal company, is expanding our team! We have a diverse project portfolio spanning Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Hospitals, Defence, and Education sectors. Our scope of works includes strip-outs, structural modifications, façade retention/heritage work, multi-level building demolition, and both Friable and Non-friable asbestos removal.

Job location will vary - anywhere from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast, all the way out to Toowoomba (everywhere!!).

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Excavator Operator to join us and support our continued growth. This role will initially start as Casual, with the intention to move to Full-Time for the right candidate.

Experience across a variety of machines, including Skid Steer, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators for various demolition and asbestos removal projects.

Ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of operating experience.

Reliable and proactive attitude.

Enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
