About the Role

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Australia, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced, supportive hospital environment where your skills and empathy can make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality personal care and support to patients in line with care plans

· Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility

· Support nursing staff with patient transfers, monitoring, and basic clinical observations

· Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

· Accurately document care provided

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a Personal Care or Assistant in Nursing role

· Hospital experience is highly regarded

· Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – or currently working towards

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong commitment to patient care and safety

· Ability to work independently and within a team
