About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and community-minded Housing Officer to join our Housing Team on a temporary maternity leave contract until 30 June 2026.

This rewarding role will see you:

Delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services

Supporting tenants through allocations, rent reviews, arrears management, and tenancy exits

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including clients, support agencies, government departments, and contractors

Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate tenancy and property records

About You
To succeed, you’ll bring:

Experience in tenancy management, tenant support, or related client services

Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and/or Community Housing Policy (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse people, including those experiencing housing crisis

Empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people

A current driver’s licence

Additional experience in social/community housing, real estate, or a Cert IV in Social Housing will be highly regarded.
