The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. As an RN, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership, coordinating care, and supporting residents and staff to ensure the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred clinical care to residents/patients.

Administer medications and monitor clinical interventions in line with policies and procedures.

Complete accurate documentation, progress notes, and care plans.

Supervise, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Care Staff.

Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.

Promote compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and facility staff.

Requirements

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 6–12 months of experience in aged care, acute care, or community settings.

Sound knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and infection control.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (AM, PM, and Night Duty).

Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
