About the role

We are seeking an experienced Polyurethane Paint Sander / Factory Hand to join our small team in Miranda NSW, on a contract basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for sanding polyurethane paint finishes and providing general factory support.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

Sanding polyurethane paint finishes to a high standard

Assisting with general factory tasks and duties

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Working efficiently to meet production targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar role, sanding polyurethane finishes

Minimum 6-12 months of polyurethane sanding experience required

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work

Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment

Good communication and teamwork skill

Must have Australian work rights for this position
