About the role

Seeking for a Practice Nurse to join our team to deliver quality nursing services for our doctors and patients. You will be an important member of the practice team and will be contributing to the growth of our Practice.

Role is for 3 days per week with coverage required at times for additional days.

Skills & Experience

· Previous experience working in General Practice required.

· Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments

· Cold Chain Management and Infection Control Procedures

· Immunisations - Adult and child

· Effective management of the treatment room and supplies

· Clinical patient care (wound management, assist in minor procedures, patient education and triage, chronic disease management, ECG's, immunisations etc)
