About the Role
We’re looking for a Dispensary Technician to join our Brunswick team. This is a patient-facing role that blends customer service with dispensary support. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for patients, helping make their journey feel clear, kind, and supported while working closely with pharmacists and the dispensary team to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and support patients in-store, over the phone, and online with care and clarity

Assist with prescriptions, dispensing, and orders under pharmacist supervision

Manage stock, including unpacking, labelling, and merchandising

Provide information and guidance on pharmacy services and processes

Maintain accuracy in records, orders, and inventory

Ensure the dispensary is clean, organised, and efficient

Collaborate across dispensary, inventory, and patient care teams

About You
You’re a warm, reliable communicator who thrives in a people-focused environment. Whether you’re assisting with an order or helping a patient understand the next step in their journey, you bring empathy, patience, and attention to detail.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience as a dispensary technician, pharmacy assistant, or in healthcare (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A calm, kind approach to problem-solving

Confidence with digital tools and systems

Interest in holistic health or medicinal cannabis (highly regarded)

Availability to work Saturdays (valued)
