About the role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis.

Your daily duties would involve but not be limited to:

Set out and build Timber Deck structures with custom made pre-fabricated steel frame roof structures.

Cut and fit doors, Install stairs, hand rails and balustrade.

Our decks and patios are unique and make for an interesting working environment.

Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

About You

Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally in a construction or fit-out environment

Formal carpentry qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry would be highly regarded

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Regular access to a reliable vehicle

Valid ABN Number and your own tools

Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements

Ability to use a range of hand and power tools safely and proficiently
