We’re currently hiring casual Security Officers with the opportunity to move into permanent roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality customer service and front-line support
- Identify and manage potential risks proactively
- Respond to medical and security incidents
- Accurately report and record incidents
- Follow emergency protocols and support emergency services
- Use conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and grooming standards
- Experience in regulated environments (desirable)
