Located in Wagga Wagga, Enirgi Power Storage Recycling (EPSR) operates a battery recycling facility recycling lead acid batteries.

Production roles are available working in our battery processing plant and furnace/refinery. The positions involve the operation of mobile and fixed plant as well as manual labour.

The shifts work on an 8 day roster . Each shift is 12 hours-2 dayshifts, 2 nightshifts then 4 days off. Shift roles also receive 5 weeks per year annual leave.

Qualities required to be successful in this position are

Current forklift licence or ability to obtain a licence

Forklift licence must be obtained within first month of employment

Moderate level of fitness as the position involves manual work

Good level of hazard awareness

Reliable

Good hygiene practices and clean shaven

Ability to work in hot environments when required

Able to work independently and as a team to achieve targets

Minimum 1-2 years experience as a production operator required

Must have current work rights in Australia at time of application

While not essential the following would be of benefit

Experience in operating mobile plant; loader, skid steer, excavator, overhead crane.

Experience working with chemicals

Experience working in hot environments for the foundry refinery position

Experience using respirators

Preference given to applicants living within 30mins of Wagga/Bomen

Basic operation of computers-email and data entry

Starting annual wage $83566 plus OT
