We’re seeking an Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office and play a key role in supporting our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role where you’ll manage everything from recruitment and employee reviews to organising company events and keeping our office environment running at its best.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for office operations and people support, ensuring day-to-day tasks run efficiently while contributing to SHEETH’s culture and employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

Office Management & Compliance - Managing the day-to-day operations of the firm in relation to facilities management (stationery, snacks, maintenance, repairs), phone management, office policies and procedures, maintaining national licence requirements and insurances (including motor vehicles).

People & Culture - you will be responsible for the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing and social, L&D program, managing policies and procedures and Rewards and Recognition program.

IT Management - Manage and administer IT systems with support from external IT service providers, ensuring technology and assets align with business needs.

Finance Administration support – Provide administrative assistance to the Finance team through data entry and ad hoc accounts tasks.

Executive Support – Deliver high-level support to the Leadership Team through diary management, communications, meetings, and travel coordination.

About You

Proven recruitment experience across end-to-end processes.

Previous office management or HR coordination experience.

Construction industry experience not required but highly regarded.

Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.

Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner.

Proactive, solutions-focused, and aligned with SHEETH’s values.
