Dental Assistant with Surgical Experience – Join Our Family at Hills Dental & Implant Centre

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant with surgical experience to join our friendly and supportive team at Hills Dental & Implant Centre, located in Castle Hill.

As a small, family-oriented practice with a strong focus on dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and advanced digital workflows, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of patient care in a welcoming environment.

About the Role

Assisting dentists with surgical and implant procedures

Preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials

Providing chairside support during a wide range of treatments

Ensuring high standards of infection control and sterilisation

Supporting our patients with compassion and professionalism

About You

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally with surgical/implant experience

Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)

Strong knowledge of infection control procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A caring, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
