Job description:

Location: Beechworth Prison

Role Type: Sessional

Salary: $86 - $93 Per hour (Dependent on qualifications and teaching experience)

As a Sessional Skid steer Teacher, you will deliver high-quality skid steer training and assessment to adult learners within a correctional setting. Your role will include:

Delivering accredited skid steer training aligned with industry standards and safety regulations.

Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in operating skid steers safely and efficiently.

Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation.

Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs.

You'll be part of a supportive team committed to providing vocational education that empowers learners and contributes to safer communities.

What We're Looking For:

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR willing to enrol.

Possess relevant and current skid steer operation experience.

Experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings (Preferred but not required).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.
