We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team - help drive our expansion by selling grouped dwelling projects currently under construction and in the pipeline.

About the Role

● Manage enquiries and convert them into sales contracts

● Present fixed-design home packages and explain land + build processes

● Guide buyers through financing steps and progress payments

● Build strong relationships with buyers, referral partners, and channels

● Work closely with marketing and project teams to achieve and exceed targets

About You

● Experienced in real estate, off-the-plan, new home, or house & land package sales (preferred but not essential)

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Target-driven, organised, and motivated to succeed

● Sales Registration to sell real estate in WA is essential
