The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Customer Satisfaction & Experience Coordinator who can help us continuously lift the bar on customer experience.
You won’t be handling the day-to-day customer service inbox (we have a dedicated team for that). Instead, your focus is on socials, community groups, and trend-spotting—making sure Voomie’s voice is personable, on-brand, and always tuned into what customers are saying. You’ll also step in to craft thoughtful responses and triage trickier emails/DMs when needed, helping to resolve sensitive situations in line with our brand values.
You’ll work closely with our Customer Service team (who handle day-to-day tickets) and our Operations Manager to analyse feedback, refine systems, and recommend improvements to the overall customer journey. Think of yourself as the connector - spotting themes, sharing insights, and making sure our policies, processes, and communications reflect what customers really need.
Who You’ll Be Working With
The Voomie team is a tight-knit, fast-moving crew based on the Gold Coast, with a few of us remote. You’ll work directly with our operations and customer service teams, while collaborating with marketing and product to bring customer insights into the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities
Customer Listening & Engagement
Monitor customer conversations in socials and community groups, engaging in a personable, brand-appropriate tone.
Keep Voomie’s online presence authentic, supportive, and community-driven.
Experience & Feedback Analysis
Track and analyse customer issues, refunds, replacements, and feedback trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction, refund values, and recurring themes.
Process Optimisation
Work closely with the Customer Service team to improve systems, templates, and workflows.
Partner with the Operations Manager to optimise customer service processes across the business.
Policy & Guarantee Management
Support in managing satisfaction guarantees, refunds, and replacements (not executing daily, but improving processes and reporting).
Assist in refining customer-facing policies (e.g., money-back guarantee).
Cross-Team Collaboration
Share customer insights with marketing, product, and ops to influence decisions.
Help ensure the customer journey is consistent and positive across all touchpoints.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
Have 1–3 years experience in customer service, CX, or admin.
Optimal if you have worked for an e-commerce business.
Familiar with help desk support systems such as Gorgias.
Love analysing feedback and spotting patterns others might miss.
Are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with reporting and creating spreadsheets.
Have excellent written communication skills and can adapt to Voomie’s community-first tone.
Are proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working independently.
Get energy from working across teams and connecting dots between feedback and action.
Bonus: You’ve had exposure to community management or online brand engagement.
Perks & Pay
$34–$36 AUD/hour (depending on experience)
Part-time role ~15 hours per week (commencing as a contractor role for the first 3 months - you must have your own ABN).
