About us
At Your Nursing Agency (YNA), we’re more than just a staffing provider - we’re a trusted partner in healthcare. As a leading national agency, we connect high-quality nurses and support staff with hospitals, aged care, disability, and community clients every day.
Our NSW team is growing, and from our buzzing CBD office (just steps from Town Hall station), we’re on the lookout for our next motivated team member to help us keep things running smoothly and support our mission of making healthcare work better.
About the role
This is a dynamic hands-on casual role with plenty of variety. Some days you’ll be onboarding new staff and keeping compliance up to date; other days you’ll be helping fill shifts, coordinating bookings, and supporting our field staff and clients.
It’s a role for someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a team environment. You won’t just be “doing admin” - you’ll play a direct role in making sure healthcare staff are where they’re needed most.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch in across recruitment and allocations to balance team workload
Proactively follow up with staff and clients to keep things on track
Support candidate onboarding, credentialing, and compliance checks
Help coordinate bookings and fill shifts across the NSW workforce pool
Maintain accurate and compliant systems and records
Build strong, professional relationships with staff, clients, and colleagues nationally
About you
You’re organised, people-focused, and keen to make a difference in a role where no two days are the same.
What you'll bring:
2+ years’ admin or coordination experience (health recruitment/allocations a bonus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability 2–3 days per week during business hours (Mon–Fri)
Strong computer skills and quick to pick up new systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay organised in a busy environment
A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
Current (or willingness to obtain) Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
Why join YNA?
Join a supportive, down-to-earth team
Work from a central CBD office near Town Hall station
Be rewarded with competitive pay for your skills and experience
Start casually with the opportunity to move into a permanent role
