We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Security Officer to join our team in Craigieburn, Victoria. This is a supervisory role requiring a professional with extensive security experience and current AGSVA clearance to oversee security operations and lead a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across assigned areas

Lead and mentor junior security officers and staff

Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk evaluations

Monitor and operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation

Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and management as required

Ensure compliance with all security protocols, procedures, and regulations

Conduct security briefings and training for team members

Perform regular security patrols and access control duties

Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in security operations

Current AGSVA security clearance (mandatory)

Current Security Officer License (Victoria)

Demonstrated supervisory and team leadership experience

Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems

First Aid certification (preferred)

Clean police background check

Driving License

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
