Medical Staff is excited to offer a full time Senior Placement Consultant position within our team to complement the existing team. This is an office-based role, WFH/remote work is not available. Some on-call work may be required, and benefits are available for if/when this is the case.

Experience working within a similar healthcare placement role is required for this position.

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:

Actively Rostering our casual pool of nurses and attending to admin related tasks

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff

Working as per company policies and procedures

Working within a team and independently in afterhours (after 5pm and/or weekends)

Being able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
