We are partnering with a leading civil contractor on a landmark infrastructure project in North Brisbane. With site works underway, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structures Supervisor to play a key role in delivering a major bridge and road upgrade that will benefit the wider community for years to come.

The Role
As a Structures Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of bridge and structural works.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Coordinate and lead site crews and subcontractors to meet program and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Project Managers to plan works, allocate resources, and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records, including diaries, timesheets, cost tracking, and reports.
• Drive a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, inspections, and coaching.

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience supervising bridge or structural works on civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor teams and subcontractors.
• Solid technical knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings, ITPs, and project programs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
