About the Role & Duties

We are seeking motivated Trade Assistants to join our client's switchboard manufacturing team in Ferryden Park, Adelaide. This is hands-on, workshop-based work offering immediate starts and long-term stability. Duties include:

• Assisting with switchboard assembly under supervision of tradespersons
• Installing mechanical and electrical components
• Assembling busbars and supports
• Operating workshop machinery to produce switchboard parts
• Assisting with dispatch preparation - splitting, cleaning, packing, and loading

Requirements

• Confident using hand and power tools (torque wrenches, rattle guns, etc.)
• Ability to read general arrangement drawings (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or trade-related experience (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
